Local Meal 4

Frittata

eggs from Shady Acres (Elizabethtown, PA, 5 miles)

Local Cheddar Cheese from S. Clyde Weaver (Central Market, Lancaster, PA, 20 miles)

Tomatoes, Scallions, Basil, Mucho Nacho Peppers, and Heirloom Stuffing Peppers (me)

Blackberries (me, although they are not very sweet)

That looks fabulous. I love how a frittata looks when it comes out of the oven and is all gorgeous and brown on top. Yum!
